The viceroy of Pemex Logí$tica in the sights of the FGR

Although Andrés Manuel López Obrador presumes with his now classic “other data” — lies, in reality — that “the only” case of corruption that has occurred in his failed government is that of the more than 20 billion stolen from Segalmex, the agency that would ensure food for the poorest, pestilent and multimillion-dollar cases of fructionaries who put their hand in the coffers or who use their positions to steal.
Today I present here — again, since I had already given background in this space on December 19, 2019– one of those cases within the highly indebted government oil company that is falling apart.
This is the director of Pemex Logistics, Javier Emiliano González del Villar, who never imagined the legal problem of million-dollar corruption and simulations in the one who would end up involving his friend and advisor Juan Pablo Martínez Iglesias, who after five years wandering through the corridors of the parastatal’s Administrative Center as “ manager” of million-dollar contracts, is finally in the sights of the FGR of Alejandro Gertz Manero.
The dark trail of Martínez Iglesias in the Fourth Transformation reached the highest desks of Pemex where González del Villar was ordered to remove his subordinate — “coordinator of advisors” — and to be attentive to whatever results from the minutes and complaints now in his hands. of the federal Public Ministry.
Martínez Iglesias made his debut in January 2019 with the failed acquisition of pipe cars for the distribution of fuel that would supposedly be used to reduce the huachicol black market through the pipelines of the so-called State productive company.
Neither of these tasks was achieved and the million-dollar waste for the purchase of the useless vehicles was left for the exhibition of what would happen later.
And the fact is that, from 2019 to 2022, the advisor in question lived in splendor motivated by the fact that his patron allowed him to enjoy himself as a giver of contracts, a kind of viceroy of Pemex Logistics where he boasted “if you want something in Logistics, you have it.” “What to do with me.”
Even though the parastatal is in negotiations with the Treasury to make overdue payments to suppliers, Martínez Iglesias appeared in cafeterias on Paseo de la Reforma and Polanco to offer to process checks and deposits… after charging for the “service”!
And they mess up Marcelo Ebrard
The extreme influence that “the advisor” boasted, along with his boss González del Villar, was when they flaunted themselves as representatives, emissaries of the former presidential candidate’s circle of trust Marcelo Ebrard.
Under that banner and the uncertainty raised in the months prior to the definition of Morena’s internal process, Martínez Iglesias deepened the collection of dividends with false promises of obtaining contracts for the closure of the current administration and many more in Marcelo’s utopian government.
Even when his promises fell apart in the face of suppliers who did not get contracts, the “advisor” defrauded them in the second round with renewed offers that they would be reinstated in the next tender.
Such was the magnitude of companies that transferred million-dollar amounts to Martínez Iglesias that the matter was transferred to the Internal Control Body of Pemex.
And so, when Pemex Logistics explored corruption, overpriced purchases appeared, as happened with the new pipelines in the maritime center of Topolobampo, Sinaloa, at an extra cost three times above the market value!
More serious is the complaint of the rent of land adjacent to the Tula refinery, Hidalgo, from where clandestine intakes for gasoline milking have been found and in the investigations a name emerged that also appears attached to the former Chancellor Ebrard: Queretaro Santiago Nieto, former head of the Financial Intelligence Unit, where he served as Torquemadita and now provisional attorney general in the Hidalgo government of also Cuatrotero Julio Menchaca
The issue of waste, extortion, frauds and rigged purchases is of such magnitude that González del Villar was forced to renounce his spoiled subordinate Juan Pablo Martínez Iglesias to avoid being burned when the actions of the FGR are defined.
Martínez Iglesias is now breaking his head trying to balance the numbers, he no longer has the support of his friend and not only that, in addition to explaining the mess in Pemex Logistics, he must respond to the FGR for the immense fortune he amassed in his bank accounts with his partner Anuar Cuaik, logistics manager of the northern region, whom Juan Pablo Martínez Iglesias recommended to have as an accomplice.
Pemex is falling apart.
But there are vultures that still feed on their offal.
I will continue to inform you of this other huge case of corruption.
Indications
The version is widely circulating on social networks that AMLO is, more words, less words, tired of being behind his favored “corcholata” Claudia Sheinbaum, always giving his advice. If you’ve had enough of Al, imagine us! * * * And there is still half a year in which we will have to listen to his tired voice, repeating the same nonsense that we hear at presidential matinees. * * * The Southern Californian Mónica Soto, who will take office as president of the Electoral Tribunal of the Judicial Branch of the Federation, has a long resume in the matter. She has worked in positions related to electoral matters her entire professional life. What is questioned, however, is her apparent close relationship with López Obrador’s four men. There are those who, like Xóchitl Gálvez, still give him the benefit of the doubt. Many citizens, no. * * * While Genaro García Luna seeks to reinstate the trial that followed him in Brooklyn, his sister Gloria and his nephew Edgar Rodríguez were arrested and held preventively in the Altiplano high-security prison, accused of organized crime and money laundering. * * * The national president of the PRI, Alejandro Moreno, was right when he described Samuel García< a i=16>, governor of poor Nuevo León. “Dictatorial and the most clownish character in national politics,” in addition to the fact that he is improvised and believes that he can bend the law to comply with his tantrums. * * * He had a long time since Manlio Fabio Beltrones did not participate in public events of his party, the Institutional Revolutionary. He went to Sonora, his own native entity that he ruled in the 1990s and was welcomed as the prodigal son returning to his family after a long absence. There Beltrones let out from his hoarse chest that, “if Mexico loses its institutions, it loses in time.” He is right. We must fight to preserve them. * * * And the now former PRI member Adrián Rubalcava is amazingly comfortable in his role as Sheinbaum’s “joiner”, sending beaters to break up demonstrations of support a Santiago Taboada, opposition candidate for the CDMX government. Could it be that the still mayor of Cuajimalpa wants the role that he traditionally plays Martí Batres? * * * By the way, the reasoned criticism of the presidential appointment of Lenia Batres does not cease. as minister of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation. They have reminded her that she was opposed to this type of designation, that she does not pay rent in the apartment where she lives, that drug happenings are organized there, and even, having never been a judge, she does not have the capacity necessary for the position. Will she now have to protect her Olga Sánchez Cordero? * * * The person who removed him from office and the criticism of nepotism was the daughter of the former general secretary of Morena, Bertha Luján, and the pseudo-labor lawyer Arturo Alcalde, as well as sister of the Secretary of the Interior, Luisa María Alcalde. So, Bertha Jr., she better get off the train. * * * And the Mayan Military Train entered partial functions. It destroyed the jungle, contaminated the aquifers, is more expensive and slower than traveling by bus and cost us taxpayers three times more than originally stated. For next year it will still suck 110 billion of our money. * * * In this six-year term everything has been “little lies.” AMLO inaugurates unfinished works in which billions of pesos are wasted because the correct calculations were not made, because the contractors and “Andy and his friends” put their hands in the budgets, because… and still Tatiana Clouthier is blown “like El Borras” It’s too much of a barber! Don’t you think? * * * And that’s all for today. I wish you, as always, good thanks and many, many days!
