This is the director of Pemex Logistics, Javier Emiliano González del Villar, who never imagined the legal problem of million-dollar corruption and simulations in the one who would end up involving his friend and advisor Juan Pablo Martínez Iglesias, who after five years wandering through the corridors of the parastatal’s Administrative Center as “ manager” of million-dollar contracts, is finally in the sights of the FGR of Alejandro Gertz Manero.

And so, when Pemex Logistics explored corruption, overpriced purchases appeared, as happened with the new pipelines in the maritime center of Topolobampo, Sinaloa, at an extra cost three times above the market value!
More serious is the complaint of the rent of land adjacent to the Tula refinery, Hidalgo, from where clandestine intakes for gasoline milking have been found and in the investigations a name emerged that also appears attached to the former Chancellor Ebrard: Queretaro Santiago Nieto, former head of the Financial Intelligence Unit, where he served as Torquemadita and now provisional attorney general in the Hidalgo government of also Cuatrotero Julio Menchaca
The issue of waste, extortion, frauds and rigged purchases is of such magnitude that González del Villar was forced to renounce his spoiled subordinate Juan Pablo Martínez Iglesias to avoid being burned when the actions of the FGR are defined.
